AgriBusiness Finance

Express Mortgage is a proud supporter of the American Farm and continuously striving to improve our service to California's critical agricultural business.

A few facts about Agriculture in California (in 2004 dollars)

  • Agriculture is a $31.8 Billion industry in California, more than twice the size of any other state's agricultural industry.
  • California is the fifth largest supplier of food and agricultural commodities in the world.
  • Agriculture represents a little over 2% of California's $1.55 Trillion gross state product
  • If California were an independent country, it would be the 10th largest economy in the world, just behind Russia and just ahead of Brazil and Canada.   Coincidentally, both of those countries also have similar sized agricultural output, making the California Central Valley one of the most productive regions for its size in the world.

Express Mortgage offers a wide-range of government-backed, private-equity, and "hard money" financial services for agricultural and agribusiness property.

Monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual mortgage payment schedules are available depending on product.
